But many customers have an urgent need for a project, but after use, it has no other purpose, so second-hand machinery is particularly suitable at this time. Let's talk about how to choose a suitable second-hand machinery for the new energy loader manufacturer.
1, Inspect the chassis. This is very important. If you buy a refurbished and repaired chassis for the whole machine, wouldn't you be fooled? When choosing, you should start from several aspects:
1. Look. Firstly, carefully observe whether there are cracks, open welds, or deformations in the frame, with key areas including the fixed joints and frame welding joints.
2. Touch it. When you see something wrong, be sure to feel the second-hand long arm excavator with your hands. Sometimes it is repaired by polishing when it cracks, and it may not be visible with your eyes, but you will definitely feel it when you touch it with your hands.
3. Debugging. Start the machine, adjust the throttle to a high position, lift the excavator bucket, run in a straight line on a flat road, step on the brake, and check if there is any shaking or jumping at the fixing pin. If the jumping is powerful, the car may have exerted its full force (how to feel the jumping force, everyone can compare it with the new machine to have a clear idea).
2, Engine, transmission, and driver
How to determine if the equipment has power? A simple solution: shift into first gear, press the accelerator pedal vigorously with one foot, and press the brake pedal with the other foot. If the vehicle is powerful and can move, it indicates that the forklift is very powerful, but slow (which does not mean that the brakes are not working properly); If you step on it and the vehicle doesn't move, it may lose momentum.
When starting, let the device run at idle speed for a period of time, observe the exhaust condition of the engine, and listen to the running condition of the engine (although this depends on experience and is not recommended for beginners). Check the exhaust port (lower exhaust) of the engine, be careful if there is oil leakage; When inspecting the connection of the air filter, it is suggested to remove it and check if there is a lot of flying dust in the air inlet. If so, caution should be taken.
3, Hydraulic system
This is not easy to distinguish, everyone can only rely on debugging. Check if the operation is smooth, perform a single action to suffocate, check if the engine has stopped (waiting for speed), and check if there is oil leakage at the connection of the fuel valve pipeline. There are also rubber hoses used to inspect the entire machine. Generally, the rubber hoses will crack after only 2-3 years of use. If the rubber hoses on the entire machine are full of cracks, especially under the driver's cab (which is not exposed to wind, rain, and sunlight for a long time), be careful.
By using these basic identification methods, one can roughly determine whether a loader is of good quality. However, there are still many uncontrollable factors when purchasing a second-hand machine.
