At present, the braking system of most loaders in China adopts the air top oil method. The single tube brake system for four-wheel braking consists of an air compressor, combination valve, air tank, single tube gas brake valve, booster, disc brake, and air and oil pipes. In actual use, it is easy to encounter faults such as brake failure and brake oil leakage. In order to ensure the stability of the braking system, it is proposed to improve the following parts of the cutting machine braking system:

(1) The brake air pressure pipeline of the cutting machine is changed from a single pipeline to a double pipeline to improve safety performance.

(2) Increase the length of the iron pipe from the air compressor to the combination valve, use multiple U-shaped sorting to enhance the cooling effect of the exported air, and use a cutting machine to alleviate the aging of the rubber seal of the combination valve.

(3) Replace the current combination valve with a pressure regulator with a dryer to reduce water storage in the gas tank.

(4) In the pneumatic top oil brake system of the cutting machine, the booster is a crucial component, and an alarm system should be installed on the reservoir. There are two possible constructions: the second-hand 30 loader adopts liquid level alarm, uses float ball and tongue switch to check the level of brake fluid, and provides moderate alarm; Using a stroke alarm, if the piston stroke of the booster is too large, it indicates a fault in the braking system.

(5) The cutting machine adopts a hydraulic brake system, which preserves the current disc brake equipment, removes equipment such as air compressors and air storage tanks, and adds brake pumps, pressure reducing valves, energy storage devices, and brake valves to the hydraulic system.
