Operation Guide And Precautions For Electric Loader Charging Station

Sep 25, 2025

Nowadays, with the widespread application of electric loaders in various fields, more and more drivers urgently need to understand and master how to safely and efficiently use charging stations for charging. Next, we will provide a detailed introduction to the standardized operation steps of charging stations to help you better utilize this equipment.

Before starting charging, please make sure to prepare the following:
Ensure that the environment around the charging station is safe, dry, and well ventilated, while keeping away from flammable, explosive, and corrosive materials to ensure the safety of the charging process.
Carefully inspect the charging station itself to confirm whether it is in normal operation, especially whether there are any abnormal conditions in the display screen and indicator lights.
Before starting charging, it is necessary to turn off the one key start switch of the electric loader to ensure that the vehicle is in a low voltage state, thus meeting the charging requirements.
Please note that the low-voltage main power switch must remain on during the charging process, otherwise charging will not be possible.

Connect the charging station
Firstly, remove the charging gun from the charging station and carefully inspect its condition.
Next, align the plug of the charging gun with the charging interface of the electric loader to ensure a tight and secure connection.
During the connection process, please make sure to confirm the compatibility between the charging gun and the interface to avoid damage caused by forced insertion.

In addition, it is important to distinguish between single gun slow charging and dual gun fast charging to ensure the correct charging method is chosen.

Safety precautions during charging process
When charging, be sure to keep the area around the charging station and charging gun clean, and do not pile up any debris to ensure good heat dissipation.
Real time monitoring of the charging station's display screen, keeping track of key information such as charging progress, current, and voltage at any time. Once any abnormal situation is detected, such as fault prompts or fluctuations in current and voltage, charging should be immediately interrupted and professional assistance should be sought.
During the charging process, it is strictly prohibited to start the electric loader or perform other unrelated operations.

Operation after charging is completed
Once the charging station display shows that charging is complete, the stop charging button on the charging station should be pressed first to cut off the power output. Some charging station brands will automatically power off when the battery reaches 100%.
Wait for a few seconds to ensure that the current between the charging gun and the electric loader has completely stopped flowing.
When unplugging the charging gun, caution should be taken to avoid excessive pulling of the cable to prevent damage to the cable or interface.
After unplugging, please carefully check whether there are any abnormal signs such as overheating or deformation in the charging interface of the charging gun and electric loader.
Finally, place the charging gun smoothly back into the designated position on the charging station and confirm that it is securely placed to prevent accidental dropping.
Measures to deal with the inability to remove the charging gun after charging is completed
If you find that the charging gun cannot be pulled out after charging is completed, remember not to blindly pull it with force. The first step is to confirm again that the charging station has completely stopped charging. Subsequently, it is necessary to carefully check whether there is a situation where the locking device has not been unlocked, and refer to the operation guide of the charging station for unlocking operation. If it still cannot be unplugged, the possible reason is that the interface is stuck or there are other faults. In this case, it is recommended to immediately contact the after-sales service personnel of the charging station for professional assistance.

Key points for daily maintenance of charging stations
Daily maintenance is crucial to ensure the durability and safe use of charging stations. This includes regularly removing dust and dirt from the surface of the charging station to prevent dust accumulation from hindering its heat dissipation or causing operational failures. At the same time, it is necessary to carefully check the grounding situation to ensure electrical safety during charging. In addition, attention should be paid to waterproof performance to prevent damage to charging stations caused by rainwater or humid environments. The electrical connection parts, such as plugs and sockets, should also be regularly inspected to ensure that the connections are securely fastened without looseness or oxidation. For charging stations installed outdoors, the integrity of their protective facilities such as sunshades and rain covers cannot be ignored.
