Excavation phenomenon:
A small Doosan DH60-7 excavator has been observed to have a car jam phenomenon.The small throttle will also stall the engine and the idle engine will tremble.Even in the cab, you can feel that the large throttle engine has reached 100 rpm or more But the engine didn't have a bit of black smoke.
Phenomenon analysis:
1. The common rail is basically normal to prove that there is no air leakage or blockage in the oil circuit;
2. The cylinder compensation value is too large and the engine is trembling. It is initially proved that there is a problem with the oil nozzle and the cylinder is lacking;
3. Low suction pressure.
Failure check:
1. Make engine performance curve and cylinder compensation and find that the engine speed is unstable;
2. The peak value of the suction pressure is only 190, which should normally be 210;
3. The common rail pressure is basically normal;
4, the indicated injection volume is too high 127, the normal maximum is 117;
5. The compensation value of one cylinder, two cylinders is -18.9, and the compensation value of three cylinders and four cylinders is 27. A value that exceeds the allowable value by plus or minus 8;
6. Replace the nipple and change the QR code.
