In order to catch up with the construction period, they will wait for the project to be processed in a unified manner. This is absolutely impossible, beware of small problems dragging into big problems! Today we will take everyone to listen to the problem.
1 abnormal noise at the connection part of the working device
▊ Check if the pin is loose and whether the lubrication is in place. If the grease is not lubricated, grease it in different positions to make the pin fully lubricated.
2 cylinder abnormal sound
▊ Check if the hydraulic oil level is normal. Insufficient oil level may cause the main pump to be evacuated and produce abnormal noise during the workload. Check the oil level to eliminate this fault.
▊ Check whether the hydraulic oil has iron filings or the presence of iron filings in the circuit. The iron filings and the piston rod may clash back and forth causing abnormal noise.
Check if the piston lock nut in the cylinder is loose, and the piston moves back and forth inside. If it is determined that there is a strange noise in the cylinder, take a look at it.
3 abnormal sound at the turning part
Rotating ring gear abnormal sound: Rotating to a fixed position has an abnormal noise, which indicates that the large ring gear has an abnormal noise.
Check whether the amount of butter in the ring gear is normal; whether there is any foreign matter in the large ring gear.

Abnormal noise of the gearbox: Open and check whether the planetary gears and bearings inside are loose or broken. Rotating motor abnormal sound: disassemble to check if it is caused by internal parts wear.
4 Pilot system abnormal sound
Pilot pump abnormal sound
After the gear is worn, the clearance becomes larger. It is recommended to check whether the pilot pressure is normal.
Pilot tubing abnormal sound
After the gear of the P3 pump is worn, vibration and abnormal noise are caused due to insufficient oil supply.
5 abnormal sound of safety lock lever
The possible reason is that the filter element of the oil pipe connection position of the pilot handle is clogged, so a sound is emitted, and the blockage causes insufficient pilot oil pressure, which affects the opening degree of the multi-way valve core, resulting in slow motion.
6 abnormal sound of hydraulic pump
Model 8 has a noise reduction design for the hydraulic pump, so the sound will not be too loud, such as abnormal noise:
▊ First check the main pressure situation, it is best to contact a professional to perform the performance test of the hydraulic pump.
▊ Check whether the two output pipes of the hydraulic pump have severe jitter.
Pay attention to tubing jitter
a, Whether the tubing jitter is caused by large pressure changes and instability.
b. The pilot filter is clogged and should be cleaned frequently to prevent clogging.
c. Check whether the switch of the safety solenoid valve is switched abnormally.
Check whether there is metal powder in the hydraulic oil return filter inside the fuel tank.
If the above three points are normal, you need to check from the following aspects:
1 Confirm whether to use genuine hydraulic oil and hydraulic return filter;
2 Whether the hydraulic oil is seriously polluted, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil regularly. Long-life hydraulic oil is usually replaced for 5000 hours. If the working environment is dusty, it needs to be replaced a little time in advance. In addition, the excavator for crushing needs to be replaced every 2000 hours , Because the hydraulic oil is contaminated, it is difficult to achieve the proper lubrication and protection;
3 The oil circuit is not smooth. It may be that the hydraulic oil is insufficient or the suction filter is blocked, and the hydraulic pump is damaged after inhaling air;
4 The installation accuracy of the hydraulic pump is insufficient;
5 The regulator and the solenoid valve are not working properly, and the swashplate angle of the hydraulic pump cannot be adjusted to the required angle, which causes the output flow of the hydraulic pump to not match the required flow, resulting in abnormal noise of the pump;
6 due to irregular operation or overload operation, resulting in excessive impact on the hydraulic system, the pressure relief valve produces a pressure relief sound;
7 If the engine is not hot enough to start working, it will cause high viscosity of the hydraulic oil, affect its fluidity, and cause excessive shock to the pump;
8 Whether the internal plunger of the hydraulic pump is worn or not needs to be checked and confirmed.

▊ Open the hood cover and check the tightness of each belt. If the tightness of the belt does not meet the standard, it needs to be adjusted;
▊ It may also be caused by valve clearance problems, large and small tile wear, and crankshaft connecting rod wear, which need to be disassembled and inspected.
If the engine makes a strange noise: check the exhaust pipe for damage, leaks, etc., and then check whether there is a block around the engine.
