Fault phenomenon
A forklift equipped with Xichai ca6dm2-39e3 engine. When the engine speed is 1500rpm / min, the driver does not respond when the engine is in neutral gear. Then, when the engine is in neutral gear, the engine fails to respond. This is not the case when sliding in neutral gear. The fault still exists after the user finds a friend to replace three fuel injectors.
Troubleshooting
According to the fault phenomenon, and the fault code read by evka is p1014 (when the engine is pulled backward, the fuel quantity is wrong), which is mainly caused by the wear of the fuel injector. Although the user has replaced three fuel injectors, the fault still exists, because the wear of this kind of fuel injector belongs to mean wear. It requires six fuel injectors to replace, rather than replacing one or two.
