4. After analysis, it was found that the Komatsu PC110-8M0 excavator was difficult to start, and the abnormal noise failure was caused by the valve return of the valve mechanism of the excavator being not timely.
Common causes of failure:
1. In the above case, the valve return of the valve mechanism of the excavator engine is not timely.
2. The air jet on the cylinder head of the excavator engine is blocked.
3. The assembly of the excavator fuel injection pump piston is incorrect.
4. Komatsu PC110-8M0 excavator fuel pump cam is installed reversely, causing difficulty in starting the excavator and abnormal noise.
