Use the special tool to measure the basic pressure of the control oil circuit. When measuring, park the machine on a level ground and lower the working device to the ground. Then, release the remaining pressure of the hydraulic oil circuit. When the hydraulic oil temperature is within the working range, measure the basic pressure of the control oil circuit.
① Remove the top cover of the control valve and the oil pressure inspection plug.
② , install the threaded joint sleeve and connect the hydraulic detector oil pressure gauge (59mpa oil pressure gauge is used)
③ Start the engine of Komatsu excavator, set the working mode to power mode P, and turn off the automatic reducer
④ Run the engine at high idle, center all operating levers and pedals of the working device, swing and travel, and measure the oil pressure.
⑤ After measurement, remove the measuring tool and reinstall the removed components. At the hydraulic pump side (as shown in Figure 2-49), use the oil pressure inspection plug to measure the basic pressure of the control oil circuit. Do not adjust the relief valve used to control the basic pressure of the oil circuit.
