The excavator is composed of many components. Some faults will occur during the long construction process. Many of the faults customers have recently responded to are walking weakness. Now Master Li of Yunnan Xiaosong Excavator Maintenance Center gives us the reason why the excavator is walking weakly.
1. Weakness due to damage to hydraulic cylinders
When the following faults occur in the hydraulic cylinder, such as cylinder pull, piston sealing ring, cylinder head sealing ring damage, oil leakage will occur, resulting in smaller volume efficiency of cylinder content, lower output power, reduced lifting speed of excavator arm, and weakness.
2. Hydraulic oil pump power reduction
When the leakage of hydraulic oil pump increases and the mechanical friction loss increases, the total power of the oil pump decreases, so the power of the hydraulic cylinder decreases and the lifting speed of the boom decreases.
3. Impact of oil leakage
When oil leakage occurs, such as poor sealing of the suction section of the oil pump, leakage of oil from the pump to the cylinder to the system or leakage back to the tank through the control valve, causing slower arm lifting.
4. Oil circuit blockage causes
When there are too many impurities in the hydraulic fluid of excavator, the impurities will block up the small part of the flow surface with large oil circuit, reduce the output power of the cylinder and slow the lifting speed of the arm. In addition, blockage of the oil strainer or radiator in the return part of the oil circuit can also cause weak arm lifting.
5. Poor sealing of excavator valve
When overload or relief valves are not closed tightly, check valves are not closed tightly with seats due to mechanical impurities, and valves and seats are not sealed properly, cylinder pressure will be reduced accordingly, resulting in slow arm lifting.
