How to measure the output pressure (servo piston inlet pressure) of Komatsu excavator LS valve, measure and compare the output pressure (servo piston inlet pressure) of Komatsu excavator LS valve and pump output pressure.
① Open the side cover of the pump compartment and remove the oil pressure inspection plug
② Install the nipple and the nipple of the hydraulic detector and connect them to the oil pressure gauge.
Connect the measuring part of the plug with the connector, elbow and threaded sleeve of the hydraulic detector m, so that the inspection plug is not disturbed by the discharge pipeline.
③ Start the engine and push up the track shoe on the side to be measured with the working device to prepare for the idle operation of the track shoe.
Push the right track shoe when measuring the front oil circuit. Push the left track shoe when measuring the rear oil circuit.
Since the lifted track shoe will run at idle speed during measurement, ensure that there is sufficient working area ④, set the working mode to strong mode P and set the walking speed to high speed
⑤ Run the engine at high idle, center all operating levers and pedals of the working device, swing and travel, and measure the oil pressure at each speed. Then, operate the travel control lever to idle the track shoe and measure the oil pressure.
Note: only after the safety around the machine is checked very carefully can the raised track shoe be operated at idle speed.
Do not operate the travel control lever to the end of the stroke (stop it at half way).
If the pressure is within the range shown in table 2-4, LS valve is considered normal.
