At the same time measure the pump output pressure and LS pressure (actuator load pressure), and calculate the pressure difference between them.
① Open the side cover of the pump room, as shown in Figure 2-59, and remove the hydraulic check plug.
②As shown in Figure 2-60, install the threaded socket M3 and connect it to the pressure gauge M2 or the hydraulic pressure gauge M1 hydraulic pressure gauge.
When using differential pressure timing: connect the pump output pressure to the high pressure side (back side), and connect the LS pressure to the low pressure side (lower side). Because the differential pressure gauge requires a 12V power supply, connect it to the battery when using an oil pressure gauge (M1): Use a 588MPa oil pressure gauge with a unit of 0.98MPa. Since the maximum differential pressure is 39 MPa, the differential pressure should be measured by alternately installing the same hydraulic pressure gauge on the check plug.

Figure 2-62 shows the LS pressure side
③ Run the engine and use the working device to push up the track shoe on the measurement side to prepare for the idle running of the track shoe.
Push the right track shoe when measuring the front oil path, and the left track shoe when measuring the rear oil path.
Since the lifted track shoe will idle at the time of measurement, make sure there is enough work area.
④ Set the working mode to strong mode P, and set the walking speed to the high speed position.
⑤ Run the engine at high idle speed, put all the joysticks and pedals of the working device, slewing and walking in the neutral position and measure the oil pressure at each speed. Then, operate the walking joystick to make the track shoe run at idle speed and measure the oil pressure.
Caution: Only after the safety around the machine has been checked very carefully, the raised track shoe can be operated at idle speed.
Do not operate the walking control lever to the end of the stroke (stop it at halfway) ⑥After the measurement is completed, remove the measuring tool and reinstall the removed parts
