The excavator is composed of many components, and some failures will occur during the long-term construction process. Many of the failure problems that the customer has recently reacted to are walking weakness. Let me talk about the reasons for the walking weakness of the excavator!
1. Weakness caused by damage of hydraulic cylinder
When the following failures occur in the hydraulic cylinder, such as a strain on the cylinder and damage to the seal ring of the piston seal and cylinder head, oil leakage will occur, resulting in a reduction in the internal volume efficiency of the cylinder, a decrease in output power, and the lifting speed of the excavator's boom Will be reduced, there is a problem of weakness.
2. The hydraulic pump power is reduced
When the leakage amount of the hydraulic oil pump increases and the mechanical friction loss increases, the total power of the oil pump will decrease, so the power of the hydraulic cylinder will decrease, and the lifting speed of the boom will also slow down.
3. Influence of oil leakage
When there is an oil leakage problem, for example, the suction section of the oil pump is not well sealed, the pressure section from the oil pump to the cylinder leaks out of the system or leaks back to the tank through the control valve, which causes the boom to slow down.
4. Caused by the problem of oil blockage
When there are too many impurities in the hydraulic fluid of the excavator, the impurities will block the part of the oil flow surface with a large oil flow path, the output power of the cylinder is reduced, and the boom lifting speed will be slower. In addition, clogging of the oil filter or radiator in the oil return path will also cause the boom to lift weakly.
5. Excavator valve sealing problem
When the valve of the overload valve or overflow valve is not closed tightly, the valve and the valve seat are not closed due to mechanical impurities, and the valve and the valve seat are not properly sealed, the pressure of the cylinder will be reduced accordingly, causing the boom to lift slow.
