Use special tools to measure the basic pressure of the control circuit. During the measurement, the machine should be parked on a level ground and the working device should be lowered to the ground. Then, when the remaining pressure of the hydraulic oil circuit is released and the temperature of the hydraulic oil is within the working range, the basic pressure of the control oil circuit is measured.
①Remove the control valve top cover and hydraulic check plug shown in Figure 2-47.
②As shown in Figure 2-48, install the threaded socket and connect the hydraulic pressure gauge of the hydraulic detector (use 59MPa hydraulic gauge)
③Start the Komatsu excavator engine, set the working mode to strong mode P, and turn off the automatic reducer
④ Run the engine at high idle speed, put all the joysticks and pedals of the working device, slewing and walking in the neutral position, and measure the oil pressure.
⑤ After measuring, remove the measuring tool and reinstall the removed parts. The basic pressure of the control oil circuit can be measured on the hydraulic pump side (as shown in Figure 2-49) with an oil pressure check plug. Do not adjust the relief valve used to control the basic pressure of the oil line.
