1. Exhaust from the hydraulic pump
① Loosen the air drain plug and check whether oil leaks from the air drain plug.
②After the oil leaks out, tighten the air drain plug. The tightening torque of the air discharge plug is 7.8 ~ 9.8N · m.
Caution: Do not use a socket wrench to tighten the air vent plug
2. Start the Komatsu excavator engine
When running the engine after step 1, keep the engine running at low idle speed for 10 minutes. If the engine coolant temperature is low and the automatic warm-up operation is started, temporarily stop the engine and reset the automatic warm-up operation with the fuel control knob (set the start switch to the ON position and keep the fuel control knob at the MAX position for 3s to automatically Hot operation will be reset).
3. Exhaust from the cylinder
If the cylinder is replaced, exhaust the gas from the cylinder before connecting the working device. In particular, if the boom cylinder is installed on the working device, it will not move to the end of the lowering stroke.
① Run the engine at low idle speed for about 5min
② When running the engine at low idle speed, raise and lower the boom 4 to 5 times. Stop the piston rod about 100mm before the end of each stroke, and do not overflow the hydraulic oil.
⑧ When running the engine at high idle speed, proceed to step ②.
④When running the engine at low idle speed, move the piston rod to the end of the stroke to make the hydraulic oil overflow
4. Exhaust from the rotary motor
① Run the engine at low idle speed
2 Slowly turn to exhaust the gas.
5. Exhaust from the travel motor
① Run the engine at low idle speed
② Loosen the air drain plug and check if oil leaks from the air drain plug.
