Failure analysis of excavator walking deviation
1. Check that the hydraulic excavator track tension is different from left to right. Track tension has an effect on the walking distance. If the left and right walking distances are different, the walking will deviate to a certain side.
2. Check whether the performance of the oil pump of the hydraulic excavator is degraded. The oil pump plays a crucial role in fuel supply. If the Volvo excavator is in "F" mode, the left and right pumps will have different oil supply amounts, which will also cause walking deviation.
3. Check whether the performance of the hydraulic motor is a problem. If the performance of the left and right hydraulic motors is not in good condition, the operation of the two motors will be different, which will cause different operation, resulting in walking deviation.
4. The seal of the central rotary joint of the hydraulic excavator is damaged. The central rotary joint is the main line for supplying oil to the two walks. If the seal of the oil feed joint does not provide a seal, one side is well sealed and the other side is damaged.
Failure analysis of slow motion response
1. The pump output flow is insufficient or the system leakage is too large. Insufficient flow and excessive leakage of the pump will cause the machine's normal working device to respond slowly and weakly.
2. The viscosity of the oil is too high or too low. If the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too high, it will act as a resistance to the working cylinder or the motor piston, and if it is too low, it will increase the leakage of the plunger and the piston.
3. The control pressure of the valve is not enough or the damping hole in the valve is blocked. If the pressure is not enough, it will not move the spool, and there will be no action.
4. The external load is too large. Excessive load will block the movement of the working device.
5. The amplifier is malfunctioning or incorrectly adjusted.
6. The spool is jammed; if the spool enters into the stolen goods and the surface of the spool is scratched, the movement of the spool is inflexible, leading to the stagnation of the commutation, the connection of the oil circuit will also be hindered, and the working device will appear "card issue".
7. Cylinder or motor wear seriously. The deterioration of the performance of the cylinder and the motor will eventually lead to the situation where the working device is weak or the response is slow.
