Hydraulic Oil Temperature (pressure) Sensor For Excavator

1. Fuel pressure sensor

1 when the fuel supply system has problems, the fuel pressure sensor alerts the driver.

Two, hydraulic pressure oil temperature sensor

1 the two hydraulic oil temperature sensors (also the oil temperature sensors) are used by the ECM to compensate for the timing and injection of fuel injection due to the increase of oil temperature. This compensation can provide a stable and continuous operation for the engine in various operating conditions.

Two hydraulic oil temperature sensors are installed on the 2 C-9 engine, because the oil temperature changes when the oil passes through the engine oil manifold. The change of the oil temperature may cause the wrong timing and injection of the engine injector.

Three. Hydraulic pressure (fuel injection pressure) sensor

The 1 hydraulic pressure sensor is located on the high pressure oil pipe, which is used to detect the signal of the fuel injection drive pressure to ECM. ECM uses the measured pressure value to control the flow of the hydraulic pump (through the pump to control the solenoid valve).

2 the maximum pressure produced by the hydraulic pump is about the maximum pressure that the 28000kPao sensor can read. When the engine starts, if the pressure reading is lower than 4000kPa, the ECM will not trigger the injector to start the engine. This is the minimum pressure required by the engine when the engine starts, such as the actual hydraulic pressure and design within the 0.5S, such as the actual hydraulic pressure and design within the 0.5S. The difference between system pressure of more than lOOOkPa will produce fault code.

The same as the common engine cooling system, the pressure circulation system is used, and the pump is driven by the belt on the right side of the generator cylinder body.

If the generator is equipped with an air compressor, the coolant will enter the air compressor by the thermostat through the air inlet pipe of the air compressor, and then return to the cylinder cover by the return pipe of the air compressor.

Two. The main components of the cooling system

1 the engine oil is pressurized to 6~25MPa by the hydraulic pump to drive the electronic control injector. The hydraulic driving pressure is increased by using the pressurized piston 2 inside the injector, and the injector produces very high injection pressure by increasing the hydraulic driving pressure.

3 the increase in pressure is achieved by applying high pressure oil pressure to the supercharged piston.

4 the area of the booster piston is about 6 times the area of the fuel injection plunger, so that the injection pressure of the injector increases by 6 times.
