(2) if the pipeline is good, then turn to a tubing joint of the hydraulic cylinder, if there is no oil outflow, it shows that there is a blockage in the pipeline system, or the axial and radial clearance of the rotor and the stator exceeds the limit, the radial clearance between the valve core and the valve sleeve is larger than the allowable range, then the steering gear should be removed and decomposed and checked according to technical requirements. Check the clearance and surface of the components, if the clearance exceeds the regulation, it should be plated with chromium, if the surface slight scratch should be replaced; if the testing value of each component is within the range of the test value, the clean system oil channel should be cleaned.
(3) the above inspection is good, then the fault may turn to the hydraulic cylinder. At this time, the hydraulic cylinder should be removed and decomposed to check whether the seal ring is damaged, the piston rod is bruised, the guide sleeve is broken or not, and the replacement or repair measures are taken as the case is.
