1. When the small concrete pump truck is powered by an electric motor or a diesel engine, the relevant use parts of the "Safety Operation Regulations of Motors" or "Safety Operation Regulations of Diesel Engines" should be observed.
2. The conveying pipeline shall have firm support, and the joints shall be firmly connected, and no pressure or heavy objects shall be suspended on the pipeline.
3. Check whether the electrical equipment is intact, whether all kinds of instruments are normal, whether the transmission safety protection device, hopper filter and safety protection device are complete and reliable. The operation switches, buttons, handles, etc. of each part should be in the correct position.
4. Check whether the connecting parts are loose, and the tightness of the transmission chain should be kept within the specified range.
5. Open the release valve, turn on the motor and run it idly for 2-3 minutes, check whether the parts are normal and the direction of rotation is correct.
6. During the pumping process, pay attention to the pressure gauge instructions at any time. If the specified pressure is exceeded, the cause should be found immediately to eliminate the fault.
7. Pay attention to check the wear of the ball valve, valve seat or squeeze pipe. If you find any slurry leakage, you should stop the machine for inspection and repair or replace it before you can continue to work.
8. When shutting down due to a fault, the slurry drain valve should be opened to reduce the pressure, and then the fault should be eliminated. When the pressure of the concrete pump has not dropped to zero, it is not allowed to disassemble the air chamber, the pressure safety valve and the pipeline, nor to extend the hand into the valve body for operation.
9. During the operation of the machine, any adjustment and maintenance work is prohibited, and it is not allowed to climb or ride on the pipeline.
10. After the production is finished, the feeding should be stopped first, all the concrete and slurry in the pump should be sent out, and stopped in the following order: 1) Stop the pumping and accumulate pressure at the same time; 2) Turn off the power source.
11. After stopping the pump, immediately remove the concrete in the hopper and the pipeline, and clean (water or air wash) the pump, hopper valve box, pipeline, etc. When cleaning, personnel should leave the discharge pipe mouth and the elbow gas joint to avoid accidents.
12. Manually clean the rotating parts in the pump, pay attention to standing in a safe position, and slip into the mixing tank (bucket) carefully. When cleaning the casing of the pump, be careful not to let water enter the electrical box, solenoid valve and other parts. After cleaning, wipe off the water outside the electrical box and hood.
13. After cleaning, turn off all kinds of circuit switch blades before leaving.
