1. It is advisable to use a bulldozer to level the ground with large undulations first, and then level it with a grader.
2. There shall be no obstacles such as tree roots and large stones in the grader operation area.
3 The grader shall not be used for pulling other machinery.
4. After starting the internal combustion engine, check whether the indication value of each instrument meets the requirements.
5. When starting the motor grader, you should sound the whistle and confirm that there are no obstacles and pedestrians around the machine. After starting with the low gear, the brake should be tested and confirmed to be sensitive and effective.
6. When operating, the scraper should be lowered to close to the ground first, and then the scraper should be lowered after starting to shovel the soil. When shoveling soil, the cutting depth of the scraper should be adjusted at any time according to the shoveling resistance.
7. The rotation of the scraper, the adjustment of the shovel angle and the incline to the outside of the machine should be carried out when the machine is stopped; the lifting movements of the left and right ends of the scraper can be adjusted during the driving of the machine.
8. When the scraper shoveling the soil and the tooth harrow loosen the ground, it should be driven at the first speed; when scraping the soil and leveling, the second or third speed should be used.
9. The solid ground should be loosened with tooth rakes first, and the teeth should be lowered slowly when loosened.
10. When using the grader to remove snow, install snow chains on the tires, and the deep pits and grooves on the working surface should be discovered.
11. The grader should use low-speed gear when turning or turning around; when driving normally, it should use front wheel steering; when the spot is particularly narrow, you can use the front and rear wheels to turn at the same time.
12. When the motor grader is running, the scraper and tooth rake should be raised to the highest position, and the scraper should be placed diagonally, and the two ends of the scraper should not exceed the outside of the rear wheel. The driving speed shall not exceed the requirements of the instruction manual. When descending, do not slide in neutral.
13. The oil temperature of the torque converter during the grader operation shall not exceed 12CTC.
14. After operation, the grader should be parked on a flat and safe place, the scraper should fall on the ground, and the manual brake should be tightened.
