Engine oil

Cylinder clearance measurement

When detecting the cylinder gap of construction machinery equipment, the orientation of the piston pin hole can not be detected in the vertical bisector of the piston skirt, but in other orientations. The structural characteristics of the aluminum alloy piston are small in the upper part and large in the lower part. It is a cone, and the cross-section of the skirt is elliptical, so the cylinder clearances along the upper part of the circle are not the same. When testing, it is required to take the gap of the elliptical minor axis as the standard, that is, the gap between the piston skirt and the piston pin hole is detected vertically. That detection is more convenient and accurate, and during repeated movement, the orientation of the piston skirt that bisects the piston pin hole vertically is greatly damaged due to the use of side working pressure.

Cylinder liner and piston

In the process of repair and maintenance of construction machinery, when refitting the cylinder liner and piston of the construction machinery equipment, it is deemed that the new cylinder liner and piston are all standard parts, and they are interchangeable and can be operated after installation. In fact, the specifications of cylinder liners and pistons often have certain dimensional tolerances. Plunger stroke capacity

When the adjustment anchor bolts are unscrewed or a thicker adjustment protective layer pad or gasket is used, the least part of the plunger is displaced, which reduces the stroke capacity of the plunger.
