How To Solve The Difficulty Of Small Loader In Winter?

May 08, 2021

We are no stranger to small loaders. They are used in road construction, especially road construction, such as the filling and excavation of roadbed works, the aggregate and loading of asphalt mixtures and cement concrete yards. However, it is often difficult to start a fire in winter. Today I will mainly talk about how to solve the problem of ignition of small loaders in winter.

After using dirty oil in winter, some non-combustible colloids will remain in the diesel of small loaders. When impurities accumulate in the combustion chamber, it will cause difficulty in starting in winter, and will not even catch fire. Solution: Put some engine oil into the combustion chamber and start normally.

In winter, due to the low temperature, there may be insufficient compression force, excessive wear of piston rings, excessive wear of cylinder liners, valve leakage, and difficulty in ignition. Solution: Replace the piston ring or cylinder liner, check the valve clearance or valve seal to prevent fire.

But it will not catch fire. When the small loader is used at a very low frequency, the water vapor after the engine burns freezes at the exhaust pipe, which affects the exhaust gas for a long time and cannot be seriously started. The solution is simple. Place the small loader in a warm environment and start it naturally after freezing. Pay attention to regularly check the level and quality of its lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel (water), and pay attention to checking the airtightness of the whole machine.

If you ignite in accordance with the above method, I believe it is easy to start the small loading opportunity in winter. Because the small loader has the advantages of fast working speed, high efficiency, good maneuverability, and light operation, it has become one of the main machinery for earthwork in engineering construction. If you have any questions about the small loader, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
