1. Model selection: Determined according to the operating situation and purpose. Generally, crawler loaders are often used for operations in quarries and soft bases.

4. Braking performance: When using a loader, the braking performance of the loader should be fully considered, including multiple in-use brakes, parking brakes and emergency braking. There are three types of brakes: shoe type, clamp type and wet multi-disc. The driving mechanism of the brake generally adopts a force applying device, and its power source is compressed air, gas oil and hydraulic type. At present, pneumatic oil jacking brake system is generally adopted. In order to improve driving safety, a dual-circuit brake system is generally adopted.
