Common human fault prevention measures for forklift truck:

2 tighten the nuts according to the repair specifications. Excessive pressure of the loose pressure liner will cause oil around the screw hole to protruded or slip the thread to cause oil leakage. If the oil disc (case) is not tightened or returned to fall off, it will easily cause a large amount of oil loss, and then the "burning and holding shaft" accident occurs.

3 change the failure oil seal in time. The oil seal is not properly installed, the shaft neck and the oil seal edge are not the same. It is very easy to shake off the oil after long use. After long term use, it will lose the elasticity because of the rubber aging, the seal lip damage and crack or the self tightening spring failure. All the oil seal will lose the oil sealing function. It should be repaired or replaced according to the standard.

4 replace the worn parts in time. For example, the cylinder liner, piston and piston ring wear to a certain extent, which will cause high pressure gas in the combustion chamber to enter the crankcase.

5 change the main bearing in time. When the gap between the main bearing and the neck is too large, the oil seal will lose the seal due to the impact of the crankshaft, causing the oil to leak out of the head of the crankshaft or to infiltrate the oil into the clutch, thus polluting the friction disc and causing the skid and work failure.

6 avoid one way valve and ventilation valve. After the valve hole is blocked, the temperature and pressure in the box will rise, the piston movement resistance, the oil consumption increase, the oil and gas are full of space, the oil consumption increases and the replacement cycle shortens. The oil leakage in the seal is often caused by the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the case. Cleaning to keep the one-way valve and ventilation valve open.

7 properly solve all kinds of oil pipe joint seal. Pipe connection nut is often disassembled, easy to break off because of slipping thread break, so that the accuracy of the two joint bell mouth is poor, because the cone center line does not coincide with the bad contact, because the taper is different and not identical, which causes the oil seepage. It should be sealed in the grinding tube joint with the bell mouth or the thin copper leather clip in the two cone. After the face, tighten and compact the nut to ensure the seal.

8 avoid the wheel shedding oil. When the wheel hub bearing and the lubricating oil in the cavity are too much, or the wheel hub oil seal is not properly assembled, the quality is bad, the aging failure and the brake frequently cause the high temperature of the wheel hub and the loosening of the half axle nut, it is necessary to use the cavity lubrication method (that is, proper lubrication), dredge the air hole, use the brake properly, and strictly use the brake. Select quality accessories and assemble and adjust according to process specification.
