Oil leakage detection
1. rotary motor
(1) turn the lock switch to ON.
(2) the amount of oil leaking in Imin was measured after 30s.
(3) after measuring once, turn 1800, and then test again.
(4) start the engine and carry out the rotary overflow when the engine is running at full speed.
(5) remove the oil drain hose of the rotary motor and install bolts on the tank side to block the unused oil outlet.
2. working cylinder
If the natural drop of the working device exceeds the standard value, the internal leakage of the oil cylinder is measured according to the following method, and the natural flow is judged.
The reason for the abnormal reduction is whether the oil cylinder leaks or the control valve leaks. The oil leakage is within the standard range, and it can be judged as the main valve.
There is a fault; if the oil leakage is greater than the standard value, then the cylinder seal is not good.
(L) the piston rod of the tested cylinder is fully extended and the engine is turned off.
(2) keep the state of 30s and measure the oil leakage in Imin.
(3) start the engine and increase the overflow oil pressure at the bottom of the cylinder when the engine is running at high speed.
(4) remove the oil pipe at the top of the cylinder (do not remove the oil pipe at the bottom of the cylinder), then bolt the oil pipe on the side of the car body.
3. walking motor
(L) remove the drain hose of the walking motor and install the plug on the tank side to block the unused oil outlet.
(2) insert the square pad into the teeth of the track plate or insert the square pad between the sprocket and the track pin to lock the caterpillar plate.
(3) the amount of oil leaking in Imin was measured after 30s.
(4) turn the motor slightly (stagger the position of the port plate and cylinder block, plunger and cylinder block), and check it several times.
(5) start the engine and run the overflow when the engine is running at full speed.
