The preparatory work for the excavator engine before starting is as follows:
1) inspection around the machine. Before starting the engine, check the loosening of the bolts around the machine and under the machine, check the leakage of the lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, diesel and coolant, check the condition of the working device and the hydraulic system, check the loosening of the wire, check the size of the clearance and the dust at the high temperature. Before the engine is started, check it as described below.
A check whether the working device, hydraulic cylinder, connecting rod and hose are cracked, excessive wear and loose. If abnormal conditions are found, they should be repaired at once.
B eliminates inflammable substances such as dry leaves and weeds accumulated around the engine, radiator and accumulator.
C check whether the engine has leakage of lubricating oil, diesel oil, cooling system is leaking coolant, if there is leakage, then overhaul.
D check the leakage of hydraulic system, hydraulic oil tank, piping and fittings, and repair if there is any leakage.
E check whether the driving wheel, guide wheel, supporting wheel, supporting chain wheel, track and guard plate are damaged or seriously worn, whether the bolts are loose or not, if any, then do the maintenance.
F check whether the instrument and monitor in the cab are damaged, whether the bolts are loose or not, if any, replace them.
G clean the rearview mirror and check if there is any damage. Adjust the angle of the mirror to clean the mirror surface.
H check whether the guard cover, the handrail of the pedal are damaged, whether the bolts are loose or not, if there is any, then overhaul them.
I check whether the seat belt and the fixed suspending button are normal. If not, replace them.
J check whether the hook, limiter and hook seat of the bucket are damaged. If there is, then repair.
2) start the inspection before the engine. Check the following instructions before starting the engine every day.
A check the liquid level of the coolant. Be sure to wait for the engine to cool down and check the radiator's tank. If the coolant level is too low, the coolant should be added to the specified position.
B check the oil level in the oil bottom of the engine. To check the engine after 15min, the machine should be in the horizontal position when the oil level is checked. The oil level should be within the range specified by the manufacturer.
C check diesel oil level. Check diesel oil level through the observation window, oil level meter or monitor on the diesel tank. If the oil level is too low, the diesel oil is supplemented. The air holes on the diesel cover should be cleaned regularly.
D check hydraulic oil level. First, put the machine on the flat ground, start the engine and idle speed, take back the bucket and bucket hydraulic cylinder, drop the arm and contact the ground. After the engine 15s is closed, the operating lever is operated in all directions to remove the internal pressure. At this time, check the hydraulic oil level if the upper limit and below are under. Between the limit. Because the oil level changes with the temperature of the oil, so before operation (oil temperature at 10~13 C), the oil level should be in the lower limit position, in normal work (oil temperature at 50~80 C), the oil level should be at the upper limit.
E check air filter element. Check or clean or replace filter element according to display screen or dust indicator.
F check electrical wiring. Check if the fuse is damaged, whether there is a circuit breaker or short circuit in the line. Check whether the wiring column is loose, if any, check the battery, start the motor and generator. To clear the flammable material around the battery in time. If the fuse is burned frequently or the circuit has a short circuit fault, it should be carried out thoroughly. Overhaul.
G checks the water and sediment in the oil and water separation. If there is sediment, it should be released immediately. If the diesel pipe sucks the air in the water, it should be discharged in the same way as the fuel filter.
H driver seat and rearview mirror adjustment. Sit in the chair slanted back on the back, adjust the seat position, so that when the pedal and the joystick in the neutral position can be easily manipulated. In the chair, adjust the rear view mirror, so that the rear view mirror can be easily seen behind the rear view mirror.
