Assembly of 1. deceleration unit

(1) the floating ring seal is loaded into the flange.

Confirm the following items about floating ring seal, then use floating ring seal fixator to install floating ring seal into flange.

1. Ensure that there is no dust on the contact surface between the flange and the floating ring when assembling.

Completely remove the floating ring seal surface on the flange.

(3) there is no dust on the O ring of the floating ring seal.

Remove grease completely from the O ring of floating ring seal.

(2) the angular thrust bearing is loaded into the frame.

The angular thrust shaft is pressed into the frame by means of an extrusion clamp and pressing tool.

(3) the floating ring seal is loaded into the frame.

Ensure that all the contents of the floating ring seal listed below are accurate, and then use floating ring seal fixator to load it into the rack.

When assembling, ensure that the position of the floating ring seal in the rack is free from dirt and foreign matter.

First, thoroughly remove the grease on the surface of the floating ring seal in the rack.

Ensure that there is no dust and foreign matter on the floating ring seal O ring.

Thoroughly remove the grease on the O ring of the floating ring seal.

(4) the rack is loaded into the flange.

Crane is used to install the frame into the flange to ensure that the floating ring seal of the flange is matched with the floating ring seal of the frame.

When assembling, apply lubricating oil on the deceleration device or apply hydraulic oil on all sliding surfaces of the sealing ring of the floating ring seal.

When the rack is loaded into the flange, ensure that the axial center is aligned with each other.

(5) select the thickness of the gasket.

The thickness of the pre load adjusting shim shall be selected according to the following procedures.

(1) use the gasket thickness adjuster to add the load of 3000 KGF to the end face of the inner gear ring of the thrust bearing.

(2) measure the distance between the end face of the inner gear ring of the angular thrust bearing and the flange end face H.
