During the operation and use of excavators, most accidents and failures are caused by neglecting safety and failure to follow operation and maintenance basic safety regulations. Therefore, both the driver and the on-site staff must fully grasp the safety operation procedures and operate strictly according to the operating procedures in order to prevent the accident and eliminate the hidden trouble.
Common sense of excavator safety operation
1) when carrying out operation and maintenance, we must see clearly the safety regulations, matters needing attention, operation procedures and instructions.
2) do not wear loose, damaged and oily clothes at the job site. Do not wear ornaments or long hair. Wear helmets, protective mirrors, masks and gloves when operating or maintain, and wear shoes.
3) a fire extinguisher should be provided on the aircraft and should know how to use it. In the storage place, there should be a first-aid kit and emergency telephone numbers for emergency personnel.
4) when leaving the driver's seat, make sure that the lock rod is firmly placed in the lock position. Before leaving the machine, the bucket is safely lowered to the ground, then the safety lock rod is locked, the engine is extinguished, all the equipment is locked with the key, and the key is carried on the body.
5) diesel, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and antifreeze will burn in a clear fire, especially diesel oil, which is highly flammable, so do not let the fireworks close to the machine. Make the engine stall when refueling, and prohibit smoking. Tightening the diesel, hydraulic oil, and lubricating oil tank cover. Should be in a well ventilated place.
6) do not jump up or jump down the machine, do not climb up or leave the running machine. When the machine is on or down the machine, always face the machine, always keep at least 3 points with the armrest, ladder, and caterpillar. Wipe off the armrest, the ladder (or the pedal) and the crawler with oil and dirt at any time.
7) avoid the open cover inspection at high temperature. The temperature and pressure of the engine coolant, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil are very high when the operation is just stopped. At this time, if the cover is opened to check or replace the filter core, it will cause serious scald.
8) pay special attention when there are asbestos fibers on the components. Do not use compressed air to clean the parts, do not brush the grindstone cotton fiber, wash it with water, operate as far as possible, and wear protective mask when necessary.
9) the human body does not enter, nor does the hand, arm, or part of the body move between parts of motion, such as between the working device and the hydraulic cylinder, between the body and the working device.
10) to install a protective cover in the appropriate position to prevent the falling or flying objects from being injured. When using a hydraulic hammer or to break down and break work, install a protective cover on the front window, install a top shield on the roof of the cab, and install laminated safety glass on the window. Loading and unloading devices and laminated glass. In carrying out the above work, all personnel except drivers shall be outside the danger zone.
11) for the machine equipped with accumulator, when the engine is closed, the safety lock rod should be placed in the lock position, and the attached device pedal should be locked with the lock pin. The accumulator is filled with high pressure nitrogen. It is very dangerous to handle improper treatment. Therefore, it is forbidden to punch the accumulator or make it in the open fire. Be unauthorized to deflate from the accumulator.
12) release the pressure of the system (such as air, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, water, etc.) before removing any pipe, plug or related parts. When opening the cover of the tank, the cover of the hydraulic oil tank, and the other plugs of the oil cover, be careful to avoid the high pressure liquid out. Remove the last two bolts or snails when the cover plate is disassembled. Mother must pay attention to springs or pressure parts before disassembling completely.
13) flabby or damaged fuel pipes, lubricating tubing and hydraulic pipes must not be used again and must be replaced immediately. For leaking pipes, no leak can be used by hand, and high pressure liquid produced at high speed will hurt. When it is necessary to leak, a paper or splint can be used to find out the location of the leak.
14) before operation, we should carefully check whether there is danger in the site, inspect the ground and soil conditions of the workplace, and determine the best and safest operation method.
15) if the pipe, gas pipe, high pressure cable, communication cable and other pipelines are buried under the working site, we should first contact the relevant departments and determine their position. Do not break or cut these pipelines.
16) check the depth and velocity of water before water or cross river operation.
17) thoroughly remove the sawdust, leaves, waste paper and other flammable objects accumulated on the engine. Check the leakage of fuel, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil system. If the leak is leaked, it should be repaired immediately. Remove the excess oil and other flammable liquids. On the battery cover, the inflammable articles, especially the oil items, should be strictly prohibited and the excess oil should be cleaned. Put an end to the fire. Make sure there is a good fire extinguisher at the scene.
18) the tools and spare parts should be placed in the toolbox in the cab. Do not allow the driving room floor, the operating rod, the pedal to have oil and other pollutants. The safety belt should be fastened when operating.
19) wipe the dust and sediment on the windows and lights. Adjust the rear view mirror to check the installation and lighting of headlights and work lights.
