Loader Maintenance Presents Heavy Turn, How To Do?

May 16, 2020

The heavy sweeping method of loader steering and the common causes of the phenomenon of heavy loader steering:

1. Assuming that the pilot pressure value is normal, then continue to check the connection of the loader pipeline to see if there is any leakage, whether the pipeline joint is obstructed, and whether the hydraulic cylinder of the loader is leaking.

The method of adjusting the pilot pressure value of the loader is: first, first use a professional disassembly to loosen the lock nut of the overflow valve, and then assume that the pilot pressure value is too small, then increase the pilot pressure value clockwise. If the pressure value is too small, turn it counterclockwise. After adjusting the pilot pressure value, the loader turned to remove the heavy fault.

2. First of all, check the pilot pressure value of the loader with a pressure gauge when the engine is shut down. The normal pilot pressure value should be no less than 2.2MPA when sending an idle speed, and no more than 5MPA when sending a high speed. If you check the loader pressure If the value is not the specified value, then the reason why the loader turns to the serious problem is that the pressure value is different first, and it needs to be adjusted.

3 The hydraulic cylinder is leaking, which causes a serious problem of the steering of the loader.

4 There is air in the oil passage.

5 The connection of the pipeline is wrong or the pipeline is obstructed, causing the loader to turn to a serious problem.

6 The steering system pressure is too low.

Loader clutch and working principle:

The loader of the mechanical power transmission system generally uses the same dry friction clutch as the car or tractor. This clutch is generally composed of four parts: the active part, the driven part, the pressing mechanism and the operating mechanism.

Among them, the active part includes the flywheel, the clutch shell and the pressure cover; the driven part includes the driven disc and the driven shaft; the pressing mechanism includes the pressing spring. The operating mechanism includes the separating lever, the separating bearing housing, the separating bearing, the separating fork, and the return position Springs, foot pedals and adjustment levers.

When the clutch is engaged, the torque of the engine is transmitted from the crankshaft, and the driven disk is transmitted through the flywheel and the pressure plate by friction, and then transmitted to the transmission through the driven shaft.

When stepping on the foot pedal, the inner end of the separation lever is pushed to the left by adjusting the pull rod, the separation fork and the separation bearing seat with the separation bearing, because the center of the separation lever is the prop on the clutch shell as the fulcrum, and the outside The end is hinged with the pressure plate, so it can overcome the pressure of the compression spring and pull the pressure plate to move to the right. In this way, the pressing force on both sides of the driven disc disappears, the frictional force also disappears, the torque of the engine is no longer transmitted to the transmission, and the clutch is in a disengaged state.

When the pedal is released, the pedal returns to its original position, and the separation bearing housing is pulled to the right by the return spring. At this time, the compression spring pushes the pressure plate and the driven plate to press against the flywheel, and the torque of the engine is transmitted to the transmission.
