1. When wheel loader repairs low speed and heavy load, there is a momentary pause

  2. The second gear is running normally, suddenly working weak, and the gearbox oil temperature increases.

The loader works normally, and the Ⅱ block travels normally. How to maintain after the wheel loader gearbox is repaired, but it will suddenly appear weak.

During the inspection, it was found that the oil level meets the requirements and the oil bottom filter is not blocked, and the transmission pressure is normal, which indicates that the overrunning clutch has been damaged and failed.


3. Sudden abnormal sound of wheel loader repair gearbox, speed suddenly reduced

When the loader is running at a higher speed, a large mechanical abnormal noise suddenly occurs in the gearbox.

Then the speed of the vehicle seems to be suddenly reduced. At this time, the throttle is released and the car is stopped. There is no need to pick up the gear. After idle for a while, the abnormal noise disappears.

Then stepped on the accelerator and the locomotive returned to normal. If this phenomenon occurs from time to time, it is because the roller of the overrunning clutch is stuck.

4. When the loader starts or shifts, the locomotive responds slowly. In the operation of the loader, the feel is normal when the gear is shifted, the gear lever is not loose, and the pressure of the shift and the reaction when shifting are normal.

However, when starting and shifting, the locomotive sometimes reacts slowly, this is because the outer ring gear and inner ring cam of the overcoming high clutch are poorly engaged,

Caused by slow locking.


5. There is no difference in speed between the second gear and the first gear of the loader. Some loaders work powerfully at low speed and heavy load, but the oil temperature of the torque converter rises faster, and the speed of the second gear and the first gear is no different.

This is because the roller of the overrunning clutch is stuck in the working position, so that the outer ring gear and the inner ring cam are always in the engaged state.
