Finally, we analyzed the control valve block of the screed progress and the hopper cylinder with reference to the hydraulic schematic (see the attached picture), and found that there are two pilot relief valves in the oil path of the hopper and screed control valve block, one rated The pressure is 21MPa and the other is 3MPa, which are located at the lower left and upper right of this valve block. When the screed is progressing, the cavity B is connected to the oil circuit, and the maximum overflow pressure is 21MPa, which is the progressive pressure of the screed; when the screed is lowered, the cavity A is connected to the oil circuit, and the maximum overflow pressure is 3MPa, that is, when the screed is lowered, the maximum pressure in the oil chamber of the hydraulic cylinder can reach 3MPa.

If the screed does not improve, it may be related to the low pilot relief pressure. In this system, there is a safety relief valve. The purpose of adjusting the pilot relief valve is only to adjust the progressive pressure and speed of the screed, and it will not affect the operating safety pressure of the pump in the system. Therefore, after turning the adjustment screw of the advanced pilot relief valve inwards for half a turn, the comfort plate can slowly rise. After continuously turning inwards for half a turn, it is found that the progress of the screed is basically the same as in normal operating conditions, and the nut is then locked Tighten. At this point, the problem that the screed can not be improved has been eliminated. The side-dumping  loader works by shoveling the rock with a bucket and loading the rock into the minecart by the side-dumping method. Due to the relatively large range of movement and the narrow space of the excavation working surface, the side-dumping  loader is likely to cause crushing personnel and crushing brackets, cables, equipment and other incidents during operation and maintenance.


In order to prevent accidents, the operator should pay attention to the following safety issues when operating the side-loading  loader:


1. Before the operation of the machine, it is necessary to tell the neighboring personnel to evacuate to prevent the accident of crowding personnel and equipment;


2. During operation, always check whether the cable is intact, prevent crushing, and prevent friction with the oil pipe, causing fire accidents. All operation buttons should be guaranteed;


3. Before loading the rock, water should be used to remove dust from the rock pile. No matter whether there is no water or the watering equipment is damaged, the rock can not be turned on for loading;


4. The lighting equipment on the  loader must be intact, so that the operator has an outstanding vision to prevent the accident of crushing the person. An outstanding lighting is also very beneficial to improve the output power;


5. During the operation and maintenance of the  loader, the operators, especially the head of the district (team) should pay attention to the condition of the head. When it is found that there are outstanding signs of water penetration, roof fall and coal rock, the personnel should be evacuated to a safe place immediately and corresponding measures should be taken;


6. When the  loader lifts the bucket, it is forbidden for personnel to operate or perform maintenance under the bucket. When it is necessary to make repairs, there should be reliable security measures;


7. It is necessary to block the power supply when the driver is away from the machine. Non-unit operators are not allowed to operate the machine privately to avoid injury caused by misuse. In addition, after overhaul, wait for all operating personnel to evacuate around the machine before starting the test drive;


8. Shunting by  loader is not allowed. The laying of the track should adhere to the most outstanding part of the rock loading machine, and the distance from the rock gang should not be less than 500 mm.
