1. Wire
Electrical devices on this model use 24V DC power supply. The audio and air conditioners are controlled by regulators, and the rated voltage of other electrical devices is 24V (DC). The power supply consists of two 12V batteries connected in series, which is equipped with a three-phase alternator with a rectifier. All wires connected to the circuit use insulated wires and can be identified by color. The color markings of the wires used on the circuit are shown in Table 15-6.

2. Power supply device
The power supply device supplies power to various electrical appliances, including batteries, battery relays, start switches, relays, fuses, and fuse boxes. The negative pole of the battery is grounded with the car body. The start switch is in the off (OF) position and supplies power to the following devices through the battery→battery relay→fuse:
1) Terminal 1 of indoor lamp, fuel pump and DCDC transformer
2) Start switch B terminal and terminal 22 of air conditioning control panel.
3) B terminal of the power supply for the engine stop motor.
When the start switch is in the preheating, running, and starting positions, the current flow is battery→fuse→start switch B terminal, BR terminal→battery relay BR terminal, the coil is excited, and the relay contact is closed. When the battery relay contacts are closed, all electrical devices can operate.
