?? 1. Liquid level check: promptly replenish
① If it is below the minimum liquid level mark, it is necessary to add coolant;
② After the liquid has cooled down, add antifreeze to the highest level mark.
? 2. Regular replacement: subject to actual situation
Different antifreeze solutions have different replacement cycles, so be sure to compare them with the type you are using:
FD-1/FD-2 antifreeze:
During engine overhaul, or every 24 months/2000 hours (whichever comes first)
BASF coolant:
During engine overhaul, or every 36 months/3000 hours (whichever comes first)
?? 3. Mixing is strictly prohibited: please separate different brands!
Mixing different brands of coolant can alter its chemical properties, potentially leading to corrosion, blockage, and even engine damage! ?
