As we all know, cutting machines are widely used as earthmoving construction machinery equipment in projects such as roads, railway lines, engineering construction, hydropower engineering, seaports, and mining. It can also excavate iron ore and hard soil with a light shovel. In the process of dismantling and replacing different auxiliary equipment, bulldozers, lifting and unloading other materials such as wood can also be completed.
High temperature weather can easily lead to certain conditions, such as tire bursts caused by incorrect operation of construction machinery and equipment. If the cutting machine works for a long time in summer, the tires will experience sustained high temperatures, the internal structural working pressure will increase, and the plastic processing performance of the tires will decrease, leading to tire rupture. What is the reason for the tire blowout of the cutting machine like that? How should we avoid it?
1. Tire damage: The working environment of the loader is relatively large, and the tires are severely worn, resulting in many scratches. If there are scratches on the tire, they will become a weak point. Under ultra-high pressure, it is also highly likely to cause tire blowouts.
2. Tire pressure: Too low or too high tire pressure can cause tire blowouts. When the cutting machine is driving, the tire pressure drops and the tire temperature rises rapidly, causing a change in tire pressure and continuous compression and deformation of the tire, resulting in a lot of heat generation, which can easily lead to tire blowouts. When the tire pressure is too high, the mechanical properties of the tire plastic will decrease, leading to tire rupture.
3. External force factor: Long working hours in hot weather. At this point, the tire temperature is high and the internal structural pressure is too high. At this point, if a collision occurs and the tire is forcefully hit, it will burst due to external force. At this time, it is also not allowed to pour cold water. If exposed to cold water, any part of the tire tread and sidewall adhesive will fold unevenly and produce cracks, thereby reducing the lifespan of the tire.
Therefore, when using an electric loader in summer, if you find that the tire pressure and temperature are too high or the working hours are too long, you should park the loader in a cool place to cool it down before starting to work. It should be noted that when the tire pressure is too high, there is no need to use the method of releasing air to reduce tire pressure, nor should cold water be poured on the tire to prevent accidents during operation.
