The role is to control the separation or contact of the electrical contacts by the combined action of hydraulic pressure and spring force in the hydraulic system control, thereby transforming the hydraulic signal into an electrical signal, enabling the electrical components to operate, achieving automatic control, and interlocking effect.
Common faults and elimination of excavator pressure relay are as follows.
(1) Unsatisfactory output or no output
①The micro switch is damaged. replace.
② The electrical circuit is faulty. Check the cause and eliminate the fault.
③The valve core is stuck or the damping hole is blocked. Cleaning and repairing.
④The oil inlet pipe is bent and deformed, so that the oil flow is not smooth. Replace the tube.
⑤The adjustment spring is too hard or the pressure is adjusted too high. Replace the appropriate spring or adjust the pressure value as required.
⑥ Oil leakage at the pipe joint. Tighten the joint to eliminate oil leakage.
⑦ The contact with the micro switch is not adjusted properly. Re-adjust carefully to make the contact point good.
⑧ The spring and lever are not well assembled, and there is a stuck phenomenon. Reassemble to make the movement sensitive.
(2) Sensitivity is too poor
①The friction force at the lever pin is too large, or the friction force at the contact between the steel ball and the plunger is too large. Check the machining accuracy of components and reassemble to make the movement sensitive.
② The contact stroke of the micro switch is too long. Adjust the position reasonably.
③ Improper adjustment of contact screws and levers. Adjust the positions of screws and levers reasonably.
④ The spool movement is not flexible or "don't try to repair, assemble or clean."
(3) Signal too fast
① The damping hole of the oil inlet is too large. Properly change the small damping hole, or add a damping tube to the control pipeline.
②The diaphragm is broken. Replace the diaphragm.
③ The impact pressure of the system is too high. Add a damping tube to the control line to reduce the impact pressure.
④ The electrical system design is wrong. Design electrical systems according to process requirements.
