①The connected base must have sufficient rigidity. If the base is not strong, when pressurized, the rigid cylinder will arch upwards, causing the piston rod to bend or break.
②Large diameter hydraulic cylinders with a stroke of 2 ~ 2.5m or more must be installed with the guide support ring of the piston rod and the intermediate support of the cylinder itself to prevent the deflection of the piston rod and the cylinder. If it deflects, the gap between the cylinder body and the piston rod, the piston rod and the guide sleeve will be uneven, resulting in uneven wear and scratches on the sliding surface; internal and external leakage of the hydraulic cylinder, even making the hydraulic cylinder unusable .
③The earring type hydraulic cylinder is based on the earring as the fulcrum. It can reciprocate in a straight line while swinging in the plane perpendicular to the earring. Therefore, the direction of the axis connecting the top of the piston rod to the rotating shaft hole must be consistent with the direction of the trunnion hole. Otherwise, the hydraulic cylinder will be subjected to the bending load with the trunnion hole as the fulcrum, and sometimes the head thread of the rod end will be broken due to the bending of the piston rod; moreover, because the piston rod is reciprocating under the bending state, it is easy to pull Damage to the surface of the cylinder, uneven wear of the guide sleeve, oil leakage and other phenomena.
④When it is required that the trunnion type hydraulic cylinder can rotate freely around the trunnion hole, you can use a universal joint or universal coupling. After adopting the universal joint, the hydraulic cylinder can swing freely, which can minimize the twisting phenomenon.
⑤ The installation method of the chuck shaft hydraulic cylinder should be the same as that of the trunnion type hydraulic cylinder, because the hydraulic cylinder is based on the chuck shaft and pivots in a plane perpendicular to the Jiao shaft, while doing linear reciprocating motion. Therefore, the connecting pin at the top of the piston rod should be in the same direction as the hairpin shaft.
