The plunger pump has the characteristics of high pressure, high speed, and high volume efficiency because the plunger and plunger hole processing are easy to ensure the matching accuracy and good sealing. Installation, use and maintenance of axial piston pump
1. Installation
①The mounting bracket of the pump has sufficient rigidity. If the pipeline is too long, the mounting bracket should be fixed to prevent vibration.
②The pump is connected to the drive mechanism. It is recommended to use elastic couplings. The coaxiality of the two shafts is 0., 2mm. Universal couplings and other transmission methods with impact and radial loads are not allowed. The matching size of the coupling and the transmission shaft should be selected reasonably.
③ There are two oil leakage ports on the pump body: when used for oil leakage, connect the high oil leakage port to the oil pipe leading to the oil tank. The resistance of the pipeline should not make the pressure in the pump body exceed 0 IMPa, and the other hole is blocked; When oil and cooling are used, the oil leakage port at the high position still passes through the oil tank, and the oil leakage port at the low position leads to the cooling oil. The resistance of the pipeline should not make the pressure in the pump body exceed 0. IMPa.
④When used as a hydraulic pump, the auxiliary pump is used for low-pressure oil supply, and the oil supply pressure is 0.3 ~ 0.7MPa; in the open oil circuit, the auxiliary pump oil supply is 120% of the main pump's rated flow, in the closed oil circuit 15% or more.
⑤ When installing pipes and components, they must be kept strictly clean and free of any debris. The pipes must pass the pressure test, the test pressure is twice the working pressure, and should be pickled, and then phosphatized if conditions permit.
⑥ The oil filter with a filtration accuracy of 10 ~ 25fzm should be installed in the pressure oil circuit. It is recommended to use a copper-based powder metallurgy filter.
2. Use
①Check whether the rotation direction of the shaft and the connection of the oil discharge pipe are correct and reliable.
② Fill the pump body with working oil from the oil filter port.
③ When adjusting the pressure of the relief valve, it should not be adjusted to the lowest value.
④ Adjust the variable mechanism, the displacement should be the minimum value when used as a hydraulic pump, and the maximum value when used as a hydraulic motor.
⑤ The auxiliary pump should be started first, the air in the pipeline should be removed, and then the relief valve of the auxiliary pump should be adjusted before the main pump (axial piston pump) can be started.
⑥ After initial use or long-term storage, the running should be run for 1 ~ 2h at a pressure of about 2.5MPa.
⑦According to the system working pressure, adjust the relief valve to 110% ~ 120% of the system working pressure.
⑧ The working pressure and operating speed must be as specified on the nameplate. The continuous working time according to peak pressure should not exceed 1min, and the cumulative time for intermittent working according to peak pressure should not exceed 10% of the operating time.
⑨During the operation of the pump, always check the amount of oil leakage. If abnormal leakage, temperature rise, noise, or vibration are found, stop immediately. Turn off the main pump first, and then turn off the auxiliary pump after the main pump stops.
⑩ The normal working oil temperature range is 16 ~ 65P, and the working oil viscosity in the oil tank is 2 ~ 6PEVA50. Recommended oil for pump: when the ambient temperature is above 15P, use 20 #, 30 # machine tool hydraulic oil, thickened 40-2 thickened hydraulic oil; when the ambient temperature is 5 ~ 15 ° C, use thickened 20 -1 thickened hydraulic oil; when the ambient temperature is 30 ~ 15P, thickened YH-10 aviation thickened hydraulic oil can be used.
3. Inspection and maintenance
①The excavator regularly checks the water, mechanical impurities and acid residue in the working oil. If it exceeds the specified value, the working oil should be replaced. It is absolutely forbidden to use used unfiltered old oil.
②Hydraulic parts can not be disassembled at will if necessary. When you have to disassemble, keep the site, components, and tools clean to prevent any small debris from remaining in the components. Special tools are used to disassemble the spring retainer.
③ Regularly check the oil filter. When the pump is not used for a long period of time, the working oil in the pump body should be drained, and filled with hydraulic anti-rust oil with a low acid value, and the oil ports are blocked with bolts.
