Second, the requirements in the operation
1. The time for starting the engine must not exceed 30 seconds. If you need to start again, you must turn the key to the closed position and wait 2 minutes before starting;
2. If there is an alarm signal or alarm sound during the operation, the work must be stopped, and the operation can not be continued until the problem is repaired and eliminated;
3. After the engine is started, the readings of each instrument must be within the allowable range, and the cold start switch must not be operated when the engine is running, otherwise the engine will be seriously damaged;
4. Do not put your feet on the clutch or brake pedal when driving the motor grader. The clutch must be used for starting, stopping and steering;
5. During the exercise, the scraper should be raised and the width of the grader should be maintained to ensure that the front wheel does not touch the scraper when turning;
6. When the engine is running at high speed, it is not allowed to switch to a lower gear to avoid damage to the transmission;
7. Do not stop the differential while turning or when turning with the shaft drive wheels. The front wheels can be tilted to reduce the grader turning radius, but it cannot be used at high speeds to prevent sharp reaction forces. After steering, the front wheels should be set in a vertical position;
8. When working on steep slopes, the hinged frame should not be used to prevent overturning and cause serious man-machine injury. When working back and forth on steep slopes. The direction of the extension of the scraper should always be towards the downhill direction;
9. If the parking brake is used in an emergency, the parking brake can be used again;
10. When the grader is working, the angle between the scraper and the center line of the frame is within the range of 15-75;
11. When the left and right sides are flat, the side swing turntable handle offsets the turntable and the traction frame slightly to the left and right of the frame. 12. Once the scraping operation starts, you can use the increase and decrease switch "slope tracking controller" to lift, so that the soil can be brought out of the scraper;
13. When working on the left and right starting points on the shoulder of the "S" curve road, the front wheel needs to be inclined slightly to the left and right. When driving in the right or left direction, set the blade tip behind the outer side of the left and right front wheels. The tip is on the edge of the shoulder near the side ditch;
14. When working on high slopes, you should ensure that the dual-axis drive wheels are close to the slope feet, and at the same time let the turntable and scraper move to the side of the grader as far as possible;
15. When making road arches, first stack the road material in the center of the road, tilt the blade of the grader to a 60-70 degree angle, lift the blade slightly, and move the grader to both sides along the blade;
16. When servicing roads, make sure that the turntable is centered, the scraper is at a 30-degree angle to the center line of the knife holder, and the scraper is tilted backward, which can maximize the scraper's cutting to remove ridges and pits. The tail side is inclined;
3. Requirements after operation
1. Park the grader on the flat ground, put the transmission in the neutral position, pull up the parking brake, and the scraper and auxiliary working device are lowered to the ground, but no downward pressure is applied to reduce the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder and turn off the engine. Pull the battery switch to the off position and remove the ignition key;
2. Carry out maintenance after the operation of the grader according to the warranty regulations.
