1. The battery clamp is loose, which makes it difficult for the excavator to start.
2. Excavation of the electric battery is insufficient, or the battery head is loose, resulting in poor contact.
3. Circuit failure, loose relay box connector, or fuse in fuse box.
4. The starter motor or generator fails and cannot generate electricity normally, resulting in insufficient electricity.
5. The excavator cannot start in winter, which may be caused by waxing of the excavator diesel.
6. The excavator is matched with unsuitable fuel. In the winter, diesel with a large viscosity should be used, and in summer, a diesel with a low viscosity should be selected.
7. The engine cylinder pressure of the excavator is lacking and the engine valve is not tightly closed.
8. It is difficult to start the excavator hot car. There may be something wrong with the oil pump or nozzle of the excavator.
9. Malfunction caused by too much water in diesel or too much air mixed in diesel.
10. Failure of the excavator solenoid valve, wear of the diesel pump plunger, etc. will also cause startup failure.
How to check if the excavator does not start?
1. Check if it is caused by a circuit problem. The failure is that the ignition switch does not respond or the starting motor speed is too low.
2. Routine maintenance inspection is very important. Always check the power of the battery of the excavator, and charge it in time if the power is insufficient.
3. Check whether the fuel quantity of the fuel tank is sufficient. Of course, it will not start when it is out of fuel. You must fill in sufficient fuel in time.
4. Check the machine's starter relay or relay circuit and see if there is a short circuit or open circuit.
5. Check that the generator of the excavator is bad enough. Of course, it can't start if it can't get electricity.
6. Remember to choose different viscosity hydraulic oil according to the ambient temperature.
7. Check battery wiring harness, flameout solenoid valve, diesel pump, fuel system, etc.
8. Check the ignition switch of the excavator to see if the contact is not good.
