(1) Reduce the pressure of the fuel tank

When disassembling the hydraulic pipeline or changing the hydraulic circuit, stop the engine and press the rubber plug on the air vent. When the pressure is completely relieved, the disassembly work is carried out. When injecting hydraulic oil, remove the cover of the oil return filter.

Be careful not to get burned by the sprayed oil when removing the filter plug. Before removing the filter plug, stop the engine. Then press the rubber plug on the bleed valve until the pressure in the fuel tank is completely relieved

(2) Remove all pipes and hoses from the pump

① Make a mark on the pilot hose before removing the pipeline and hose.

②Before removing the hose, drain all the oil in the oil tank.

(3) Bundle the pump with a cargo wire rope

Lift it with a crane, and then remove the bolt connecting the pump to remove the pump from the engine (pump weight: 126kg).

(4) Remove the hexagon bolts from the engine, and remove the coupling from the engine

(5) Check for cracks or other damages on the coupling,

(6) Installing the pump device Install the pump according to the reverse steps of removing the pump. Pay attention to the following points when installing.

①The tightening torque of the coupling bolt is 216N·m. Check if loosening and tightening screws are used

②Before tightening the nut, wipe off all the oil and grease on the thread, and make sure to use the loose lock screw.
