②Connect the forearm and the bucket with pins (A) and (B). After inserting the pin, insert the bolt (A) to prevent the pin from rotating

③Install the pin O-ring seal to the groove.

④Adjust the bucket clearance and lubricate it.

Bucket installation combination.

The bucket clearance adjustment method is as follows.

Kato excavator provides a set of bucket adjustment device, that is, the gaskets are inserted one by one in order to reduce the connection gap between the bucket and the forearm, because this gap will gradually increase with wear. This set of devices not only plays the dual role of maintaining the sealing effect of the O-ring seal, but also delays its wear. Therefore, the adjustment steps for extending the life of the pin, bushing and other parts are as follows.

Loosen the bolts and remove the baffle. Put the gasket into the worn gap, then readjust the gasket, install the baffle and tighten the bolts.

[note]

When inserting the gasket, the steel bushing should be pushed to make it tight with the gasket with a small gap. Reasonable gap value is 0.51.0mm
