During the use of wheel loaders, it is inevitable that they will be damaged, which requires us to take care to maintain our loading equipment. Today, we will share with you the maintenance details of our wheel loading equipment:


1. Our wheel loader must notify the surrounding personnel to evacuate before starting work, which can avoid accidents involving personnel and machines;


2. Wheel loaders should regularly check whether the cables are intact during operation to prevent crushing and friction between the cables and oil pipes, which may cause safety accidents. Operators should ensure that all operation buttons are intact;


3. The lighting device on the wheel loader must be in good condition to provide our staff with a good view and prevent accidents that may cause injury to personnel. Having good lighting conditions at the same time is also very beneficial for improving production efficiency;


When working and maintaining a wheel loader, if signs such as water seepage, roof collapse, or coal and rock outburst are detected, personnel should be immediately organized to evacuate to a safe place and corresponding measures should be taken.


Editor's reminder: Before using a wheel loader, it must be inspected, and after a certain period of use, it must be repaired and inspected to ensure the extended service life of the wheel loader and personal safety.

Before officially operating the wheel loader, a few minutes of warm-up operation should be carried out:


1. Slowly and evenly raise the temperature of each part of the equipment to reach normal operating temperature, reduce damage, and prevent reflective bruising;


2. At the beginning of start-up, the viscosity of the lubricating oil is high, and the lubrication of each component is poor. After warming up, the lubricating grease gradually reaches each lubrication part to prevent dry friction and damage to the mating surface;


3. The equipment temperature is low, and diesel combustion is incomplete. At this point, if the throttle is increased and the fuel supply is increased, excess diesel will form carbon accumulation, increasing the emissions of the diesel engine.
