1. Pay attention to safety when jacking up the forklift. Use jacks or stops. Confirm the surrounding security situation. The rope used when lifting heavy objects must have a sufficient safety factor. Before using power tools to remove parts, make sure that the bolts, nuts, pipes and wiring harness are completely separated.
2. When carrying heavy objects, use certain equipment or tools, and do not carry them by hand.
3. When overhauling the hydraulic system and other dust-proof parts, please use clean tools and work in clean and dust-proof areas.
4. Before overhauling or welding electrical system components, make sure to remove the lead wires from the battery terminals. (Remove the negative terminal first, then the positive terminal.)
5. Pay attention to prevent oil, gas and flammable materials from entering the work area.
6. Sort out the disassembled parts and tools. Warning signs are hung on the engine or joystick during maintenance.
7. Disassembly of components is not allowed during engine operation.
8. Do not stand directly under the fork or fork frame. When the forklift is being repaired, block the equipment and fork frame with stoppers.
9. The maintenance tools are placed in order, checked regularly and used correctly.
