If there is a short circuit, the magnetic pole coil should be re-wound. If there is an open circuit or poor insulation, the fault should be identified and welded or insulated.

 ②Check the casing, no cracks are allowed, both ends should be smooth and flat and the parallelism error should not be greater than 0.05mm, the coaxiality error between the cylindrical surface of the casing and the cylindrical surface of the magnetic pole should not be greater than 0.1mm. When exceeded, a copper sheet can be placed between the magnetic pole and the chassis, and then the magnetic pole is key-cut, and the gap between the armature and the magnetic pole is 0.25 ~ 0. 5mm.

 ③ Check the bushes at both ends of the forklift and the middle bearing cover. If the bushing is seriously worn, the bushing should be replaced. The inner diameter of the bushing should be reamed according to the armature journal, and a clearance of 0.03 to 0.11 mm (the clearance of the intermediate bearing is 0.075 to 0.140 mm) should be ensured.

 ④The full circle runout of the cylinder facing the inner hole of the bearing at the joint of the two ends of the forklift and the housing shall not be greater than 0.12mm, and the round runout of the two end faces shall not be greater than 0.1mm.

 ⑤Check the insulation of the brush holder with a 220V test lamp.

 Inspection and repair of forklift armature.

 ①Check the armature shaft, if the armature journal wears, if it exceeds the allowable limit, it can be repaired by electrospraying. 05 mm。 The armature shaft is bent, the round runout on the surface of the core should not be greater than 0.15mm, the round runout of the intermediate journal should not be greater than 0.05mm

 ② If the roundness and cylindricity error of the commutator is greater than 0.05 mm or if there are scores or grooves on the surface, it should be processed, but after turning, the thickness of the copper sheet should not be less than 2 mm, otherwise it should be do.

③Check the insulation and short circuit of the armature coil with a test lamp. When the insulation of the armature coil is poor or short-circuited, local repair should be carried out as much as possible; when local repair is not possible, the coil should be removed to replace the insulation.
