Working principle of small loader accessories engine.
??1. Intake stroke. The working quality of the accessory cylinder entering the small loader is pure air. Due to the small resistance of the intake system of diesel engine, the end pressure of intake is higher than that of gasoline engine. The end temperature of intake air is lower than that of gasoline engine.
??2. compression stroke. Because the compressed working medium is pure air, the compression of diesel engine is higher than that of gasoline engine. The compression end point pressure is 3000-5000kpa and the compression end point temperature is 750-1000k, which greatly exceeds the spontaneous combustion temperature of diesel.
??3. Do power stroke. When the compression stroke is coming to an end, under the action of the high-pressure oil pump, the diesel oil is injected into the cylinder combustion chamber through the fuel injector at a high pressure of about 10MPa, and burns immediately after mixing with air in a short time. The gas pressure in the cylinder rises rapidly, with a high pressure of 5000-9000kpa and a high temperature of 1800-2000k. Because it is called compression engine, it is called compression engine.
??4. Exhaust stroke. The exhaust of diesel engine is basically the same as that of gasoline engine, but the exhaust temperature is lower than that of gasoline engine. Generally, TR = 700-90000-900k. For single cylinder engine, the rotating speed is uneven, the engine is unstable and the vibration is large. This is because only one of the four strokes is to do work, and the other three strokes are to consume power to prepare for work. In order to solve this problem, the flywheel must be large enough, which is also a difficulty that loader accessories must overcome.
