Keep the sprocket on the back

The distance A of the track on the ground is always greater than the distance B, so the forward stability is good. Always work forward, unless conditions require you to operate sideways.
Keep the machine in a stable place
Usually the best technical driver always keeps the machine in a balanced position. Placing the machine on a flat floor will not only help the operator's sight and maintenance safety, but also help extend the life of the machine.
Effective mining methods
When the bucket cylinder and the connecting rod, the forearm cylinder and the forearm each form 900, the digging force of each cylinder is the largest. Controlling digging from this angle can improve digging efficiency.
When digging with the forearm, ensure that the angle of the forearm is between 450 and 300 at the front. Within this range, if the boom and bucket are also used, the efficiency of digging can be improved.

Mining points affect stability
If the digging point is far away from the machine, the center of gravity will move forward, causing instability. Keep the digging point close to the machine to improve stability and digging force.
Side digging is less stable than forward digging, so if the digging point is far away from the machine, the machine will be more unstable. Keep the digging point at a suitable distance from the machine to make the operation more efficient. (When moving the machine near the excavation point, it must be carefully checked to avoid causing the ground to collapse.)
Impact of the rear of the car body leaving the ground
If you are working in an uneven place, the rear of the car body will leave the ground, the tracks will loosen, and the track rollers will be off the chain belt. On hard ground, such as concrete ground, the vibration will be abnormal, which will adversely affect the lower body and chassis.

Work with the weight of the machine
Using the weight of the machine as a method of digging will place additional load on the support on the working device and also cause vibration to the chassis. Excavation should be performed using hydraulic pressure.
Work with impact
The use of impact forces can cause damage and cracking of the bucket and working equipment, and it can also generate transient high pressure inside the cylinder, causing the cylinder to swell.
Impact at the end of cylinder stroke
The oil cylinder is equipped with a buffer device, which can gradually release the back pressure. If an impact load is applied at the end of the stroke, the piston will directly hit the cylinder head or the cylinder bottom, which may cause damage. Avoid operating at the end of the stroke; if unavoidable, leave some clearance at the end of the stroke.

Do not do bulldozing when turning
If you must turn:
* Pay attention to the load at all times during operation to make the rotation smooth.
* Check that there are no obstacles.
Doing with a swing will cause a load on one side of the bucket and the working device, which will cause twisting or bending, so be very careful when doing this.
Discharge
When loading large rocks, you must unload near the bottom of the truck body.
If the rock is unloaded at a higher place, it will hit a pit in the bottom of the carriage.
Loading the soil first and then the rocks can reduce the load on the bottom of the carriage.
When carrying out the loading operation, park the dump truck in a place where it can be easily seen by the driver, and carry out loading as shown on the left. This improves work efficiency and ensures safety.
Turn
When driving on steep slopes, the turning speed is relatively fast and it is difficult to control the machine, so you should avoid turning when going downhill.
If you have to turn, stop the machine first. When turning left, turn the left track backwards. When turning right, turn the right track backwards. This method can reduce the risk of turning on slopes.
