1. Preparation for demolition
Bleed the compressed air in the hydraulic oil tank.
2. Demolition
(1) Put a label on the hose in the remote control pipe between the multi-way control valve and the main control valve, and mark the mark from C1 to C8 on it. Then remove the multiple control valve. Remove the hose on the side of the multi-way valve and insert a plug at each opening to prevent dust from entering.
(2) Put a label on the hose in the remote control pipe between the multi-way control valve and the pilot valve, and write the marks from P1 to P8 on it.
(3) Remove the multi-channel control valve and connect the hoses of P1~P8.
3. Installation
(1) Install in the reverse order of removal.
(2) The relationship between the pilot valve and the multi-way control valve is shown in Table 4-5.
4. Optional multi-channel control valve
(1) Switch from "without multi-channel control valve" to "with multi-channel control valve".
①Ensure that the engine is stopped.
②Place the multi-channel control valve in a place other than the ISO position.
③Remove 6 hexagon socket bolts.
④ Replace the tool kit with "multi-channel control valve".
⑤Check whether the internal O-ring is deformed.
⑥Check whether the O-ring and spare ring are matched with the multi-channel control valve cover, and install them on the sensor block (S).
⑦Insert hexagon socket bolts.
(2) Change from "with multiple control valve" to "without multiple control valve".
When the engine is stopped, remove the multi-way valve toolbox according to the above procedure, and install the toolbox without multi-way valve.
