1. Demolition preparation
Remove the negative terminal from the battery.
2. Demolition
(1) Remove the right instrument panel
①Remove the protective cap and remove 4 M6×20 bolts.
②Remove the right instrument panel cover.
③Remove the 4 connectors located at the lower part of the rear end of the right instrument panel cover.
The 9P plug is used for the tuner, the 3P plug is used for the throttle adjustment potentiometer, and the two 6P plugs are used for the main switch and the plug switch assembly respectively. Be careful not to install it wrongly during installation.
(2) Remove the left instrument panel
①Remove the protective cap and remove four M6×20 fixing bolts.
②Remove the connector on the rear surface of the left instrument panel cover. The 8P plug is used for the air conditioner switch, and the 2P plug is used for the warming switch and OPT connector.
(3) Remove the right protective cover of the cab
①Remove the protective cap of the fixing bolt, take off one M6×11 bolt and two fixing bolts, and then remove the protective cover.
② Take out the wiring connector at the back of the cover, and remove the connector 6P plug of the switch assembly.
(4) Remove the right protective cover of the cab
①Remove the 4 protective caps, remove the 7 fixing bolts and separate them from the protective cover on the front side.
② Take out the wiring connector at the rear of the front cover. 1P plug is used for cigarette lighter, 8P plug is used for instrument combination, 2P plug is used for timing 名媛直播, and 6P plug is used for wiper motor.
3. Installation
Install in the reverse order of removal.
