Cause Analysis:


1. Poor insulation of the electromagnetic coil;


2. The power supply voltage is higher than the specified voltage, causing the heating phenomenon of the coil;


3. The electromagnet core is not concentric with the spool axis;


4. Frequent commutation causes the coil to overheat;


5. The dry electromagnet enters the oil and burns the coil;


6. The pusher is too long and the stroke of the electromagnet is improperly matched.


   Approach:


1. Replace the electromagnet;


2. Check the power supply voltage and adjust to the specified range;


3. Check and re-weld;


4. Switch to wet DC electromagnet;


5. Trim the putter;


6. Disassembly and reassembly;


7. Check and eliminate oil leakage at the push rod or replace the sealing ring.
