1. Routine inspection before stacker operation:
Routine inspection before the operation has an absolute impact on the safety of the day's operation. Before operating your stacker, confirm whether the stacker is in a safe state.
Before checking your stacker, please perform the following actions:
A. First park the stacker in a safe and stable place
B. Stop the engine 咿 D, pull up the hand brake, and set all the control levers to the neutral position.
C. Make the mast perpendicular to the horizontal line, put down the fork, and let the fork contact the ground.
Check the surrounding of the stacker for oil leakage or water leakage.
Check whether the tire pressure is normal, whether the tread is cut, whether the steel ring is deformed or damaged, and whether the screws are locked.
Inspect whether the rear support frame and fork are deformed or cracked, and whether the fork positioning is normal.
Check whether the tightness of the mast chain is consistent.
Inspect whether the light system is damaged and whether the roof canopy is deformed or cracked.
Open the hood and check the cooling water level. Check the engine oil level. Check the fan belt for cracks and wear. Check the battery electrolyte level. Check the hydraulic oil level. Check the brake fluid level. Put down the hood, get in the car, and sit in the seat. Adjust the seat to the proper position. The tilt angle of the steering wheel is adjusted to the most ideal position. Check whether the speaker function is normal. It is normal to test the brake pedal. Try to step on the accelerator pedal is normal. It is normal to test the clutch pedal. (Manual gear shift model) It is normal to try to step on the jog pedal. (Automatic gear shift model) Is it normal to operate the hand brake lever?
Turn the key switch to ON and check whether the fuel quantity is sufficient. Check whether the warning lights on the instrument panel and the function of the instrument are normal. Check whether the function of the direction light lever is normal. Check whether the brake lights are working properly. Start the engine and let the engine warm up for 5 minutes to check whether there is abnormal sound or abnormal vibration. Check whether the mast lift and tilt forward and backward are smooth, and check the hydraulic cylinder and the oil pipe for oil leakage. Move the stacker slowly to a safe area. Check whether the clutch function (inching switch function) is normal. Check whether the braking force is sufficient. Check whether the steering wheel steering is normal.
Second, regular inspection and maintenance
Before the operation of the stacker, in addition to the need to perform (a routine inspection before the operation), the stacker for safety reasons, and ensure the life and performance of the machine parts. Routine inspection of the stacker should be done at intervals:
A. When you encounter problems, please discuss with your supervisor or technical personnel, and do not repair it by yourself to ensure the safety of man-machine.
B. For more professional maintenance or maintenance items, please leave it to technicians or trained professionals.
