The bucket cylinder of the Kato excavator is controlled by the valve core 3 of the control valve (valve block B). When the bucket spool is in neutral, the bucket cylinder stops. By moving the bucket control lever left and right, the bucket extends or retracts. The make-up valve and the overload relief valve are installed at the two oil ports of the bucket spool. When the bucket spool moves, the pressure oil of pump A2 flows to the bucket cylinder. A shut-off valve is installed at the bucket spool to adjust the appropriate speed to prevent the bucket from sinking
Bucket confluence circuit:
When the bucket is moved in all directions, the pilot pressure acts on the bucket and spool of the control valve (valve block A) at the same time; the pressure oil of pump A is connected to the central bypass pipe and external pipeline of the control valve (valve block A). The flow of pump A2 of the control valve (valve block B) merges and merges at port C2.
